The wife & I beat God of War 3 yesterday, and I was so-so right about what gods would be showing up.
Bosses are as follows:
1. Poseidon (greatest)
2. Hades
3. Hermes
4. Hercules
5. Cronos
6. Giant Scorpion
7. Zeus (lamest)
